Upper Mississippi Fish & Wildlife Refuge

The Upper Mississippi Fish & Wildlife Refuge was established in 1924 by an Act of Congress. As the nation's first sanctuary for fish, the Upper Mississippi Fish & Wildlife Refuge owes its existence to the avid fisherman and lure designer Will Dilg.
